What’s on Offer?
Supervise a small team of real estate agents and meet the financial targets established by the Sales Director.
• Provide guidance and motivate sales agents to successfully close deals.
• Develop effective training programs aimed at instructing agents on customer acquisition, deal negotiation, financing procurement, and sales paperwork completion.
• Set weekly, monthly, and annual financial objectives for the agents to attain.
• Oversee human resources responsibilities, including conducting interviews, recruiting new staff, and managing transitions or terminations of experienced personnel.
• Compile employee payroll, budget, and inventory reports.
• Organize and lead weekly sales meetings.
• Handle marketing activities, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating events or other initiatives to generate new leads and boost office sales.
• Formulate, design, and implement suitable marketing and sales strategies for individual properties while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Participate in the review processes of key result areas and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Uphold a professional and ethical standard in alignment with industry and company norms.
• Strive to maintain a comprehensive understanding of both local and national real estate markets.
• Execute duties with a strong commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct
Qualification:
• A minimum of 15 years Real Estate Sales Experience in Dubai
• A minimum of 8 Years in Sales Management in Dubai
