Binghatti Properties and luxury automotive company Mercedes-Benz have announced the launch of a co-branded luxury residential tower in Downtown Dubai.
Named Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti, the luxury branded residential project will stand at 341m tall with 65 stories. The project will be formally launched in January 2024.
This is Mercedes-Benz’s first real-estate branded project, and has been in development for over a year. The luxury residential tower will feature smart home technology and intelligent mobility solutions.
