In line with the Ramadan traditions, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced a crucial measure aimed at fostering a conducive work environment for employees across the private sector in the UAE. Acknowledging the importance of accommodating religious observances, MoHRE has decreed a reduction of two working hours per day for all private sector employees throughout Ramadan.

In a separate announcement made earlier today, the UAE government disclosed the official working hours for public sector employees during Ramadan. On Fridays, the official working hours will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
