Palm Jebel Ali By Nakheel - Luxurious 5,6,7 Bedroom Villas & Townhouse
Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai
The award-winning creator of the sensational Palm Jumeirah is bringing yet another grand project to the emirate: Palm Jebel Ali. The launch of the eco-friendly man-made island was announced by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. According to him, this is the most sensational release in the past decade, as this island is now the largest in the emirate.
Set to become the pinnacle of luxury living, Palm Jebel Ali has the longest coastline in Dubai. There will be 68 miles of beachfront, with an abundance of unrivaled entertainment and recreational facilities that are yet to be revealed. As reported by Dubai Media Office, the master plan of Palm Jebel Ali includes more than 80 hotels and resorts, which will promote the local tourism sector.
Palm Jebel Ali is one of three ‘Palm Islands’ in Dubai. The one-of-a-kind community will be shaped like a palm tree, with a trunk and 17 branches. Over 35,000 households will be allowed to settle on the new island.
The luxurious, crescent-shaped island will have a first-class entertainment area. Once completed, the area will be one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Middle East, providing owners who rent out their property with a high income.
The developer is a well-known company in Dubai, Nakheel Properties. It adheres to Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan requirements. At Palm Jebel Ali, 30% of the public facilities will be powered by renewable energy.
After over a decade on hold, the highly anticipated Palm Jebel Ali development has finally been brought back to life.
In what can only be described as a massive expansion of the original concept, the revised Palm Jebel Ali is set to be even grander and more impressive than originally planned. Once completed, the project will feature numerous hotels, resorts, offices, luxury villas, and approximately 60 miles of beaches.
Boasting an area twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, the new Palm Jebel Ali will consist of seventeen fronds and a nearly four-mile-long trunk. Protecting the trunks from strong waves will be a 12-mile crescent, which itself will be home to an array of hotels and luxury developments.
The master developer behind Palm Jebel Ali will be Nakheel. A state-owned developer, it is also, of course, the master developer behind the ever-popular Palm Jumeirah. As is the case with the Palm, numerous developers will be involved in developing projects on the new Palm Jebel Ali, meaning potential buyers are bound to be spoilt for choice.
